Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through POS Laju / GD Express . After leaving our facility, POS Laju / GD Express typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 1 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

When ordering on www.tian-ishop.com, client/customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped to outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Tian-I has no control over these charges, nor can Tian-I predicts what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

Products such as ACERA ceramic products are inherently fragile, therefore, we do not cover any breakage of any used product, or due to improper use or normal wear and tear. 

In a case of item damage during initial shipping, we ask for documentation photo of proof within 48 hours of receipt of item. After the receipt of the photo proof, we will contact you for the replacement for the purchase.

Return cost for an exchange/refund are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
